Abstract
This document defines the terms, definitions, and symbols and abbreviations of the online automatic measurement system (AMS), provides an introduction to AMS, describes the selection method of AMS, establishes the performance characteristics and judgment criteria of AMS, quality assurance and quality control procedures, and the content that measurement reports should include.
This document is applicable to extractive and in-situ (non-extractive) AMS for the determination of carbon monoxide (CO), carbon dioxide (CO2), and oxygen (O2) content in gases.
