GB/T 26071-2018 Monocrystalline silicon wafers for solar cells
Abstract
This standard specifies the grades and classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage, quality certificates, and order forms (or contracts) of silicon wafers used in solar cells (referred to as silicon wafers).
This standard applies to quasi-square or square silicon wafers processed from silicon single crystals prepared by the direct pulling method, which are used to make substrate wafers for solar cells.
