Abstract
This standard specifies the method of determining the waterproof performance of fabrics by the wetting test, and gives an evaluation of the waterproof performance.
This standard is applicable to fabrics that have undergone or not undergone waterproof finishing.
This standard is not applicable to determining the water penetration of fabrics, nor to predicting the rainproof water penetration performance of fabrics.
