GB/T 17812-2025 Determination of vitamin E in feeds—High performance liquid chromatography
Abstract
This document describes the high-performance liquid chromatography method for determining vitamin E in feed.
In this document, the saponification extraction method is suitable for determining vitamin E (dl-α-tocopherol) in compound feed, concentrated feed, concentrate supplements, compound premix feed, and vitamin premix feed; the direct extraction method is suitable for determining vitamin E (dl-α-tocopherol acetate) in compound premix feed and vitamin premix feed.
The quantification limit of the saponification extraction method in this document is 1.1 IU/kg; the quantification limit of the direct extraction method is 20 IU/kg.
