GB 45247-2025 Norm of energy consumption per unit production of gas-steam combined cycle power set
Abstract
This document stipulates the energy consumption limits, technical requirements, statistical scope, and calculation methods for the unit energy consumption (hereinafter referred to as energy consumption) of gas-steam combined cycle power generation units.
This document applies to the calculation and assessment of the coal consumption rate for power generation and heat supply of gas-steam combined cycle power generation units with a capacity of 100 MW or above (hereinafter referred to as units), as well as the energy consumption control of newly built or modified and expanded units.
This document does not apply to distributed gas power generation projects.
