LY/T 1202-2010 Garden machinery—Pedestrian-controlled lawnmower with a petrol engine
Abstract
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, model numbering methods, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, user manuals, and packaging, transportation, and storage for step-type lawn mowers powered by gasoline engines (hereinafter referred to as lawn mowers).
This standard applies to step-type lawn mowers powered by gasoline engines.
This standard does not apply to riding lawn mowers, tow-and-ride units with suspended passenger components, or lawn mowers with non-metallic flexible cutting blades or free-centered non-metallic cutters, where the cutting capacity (kinetic energy) of each cutting blade does not exceed 10 J.
