Abstract
This standard specifies the technical requirements for vehicles applying to engage in road transport and vehicles in use for road transport, as well as the inspection methods for vehicles in use. This standard applies to vehicles applying to engage in road transport operations and vehicles currently engaged in road transport operations. Vehicles involved in road transport-related businesses such as driver training may refer to and implement this standard accordingly.
