This standard stipulates the basic principles, evaluation conditions, evaluation stages, evaluation methods, evaluation scope, evaluation basis, evaluation procedures, and technical requirements for the post-evaluation of energy conservation in fixed asset investment projects. This standard applies to fixed asset investment projects constructed within the administrative area of Shanghai and passed the energy conservation review by relevant departments. Fixed asset investment projects that have not undergone energy conservation review can refer to this standard for post-evaluation of energy conservation.
