Abstract
This part of DB32/T 3514 specifies the guidelines for the construction of electronic certification registration service agencies and the process standards for the construction of electronic certification registration agencies in the e-government external network. This part is applicable to guiding the planning, construction, and management of electronic certification registration service agencies (registration service sub-centers and registration service points) in the e-government external network, and can also serve as a basis for guidance, supervision, and inspection by e-government external network management departments at all levels.
