Abstract
This document describes the basic requirements and methods for measuring the quality of industrial and mining electric locomotives on a measurement track, including measuring wheel weight, axle weight, and empty vehicle weight, gross weight, as well as wheel weight deviation rate and axle weight deviation rate. It also stipulates the conditions and requirements for measuring the quality of industrial and mining electric locomotives using other methods.
This document is applicable to the quality measurement of industrial and mining electric locomotives (hereinafter referred to as "electric locomotives").
