GB/T 23511-2021 Petroleum and natural gas industires—General requirements for offshore structures
Abstract
This document specifies the general requirements and recommendations for the design and assessment of subsea (fixed) and floating (mobile) offshore structures. This document applies to all stages of the structure's life cycle, including: -- the continuous construction phase (including manufacturing, transportation, and installation); -- the in-service phase, covering the design life and the period of extended service life; -- the decommissioning phase. This document contains general requirements and recommendations for the design of new structures, as well as the management and assessment of the structural integrity of existing structures. This document does not apply to subsea and riser systems or pipeline systems.
