This standard specifies the evaluation requirements and methods for excellence in performance of small enterprises.
This standard is applicable to the evaluation of small enterprises (including micro enterprises) by the Shanghai Municipal Government Quality Award (Quality Gold Award), and can also be used by small enterprises (including micro enterprises) pursuing excellence in performance to conduct organizational self-evaluations.
