Abstract
The chapter of GB/T 4706.1-2024 is replaced by the following content. This document specifies the safety requirements for fixed immersion electric heaters for household and similar purposes. This document applies to single-phase appliances with a rated voltage not exceeding 250 V, and other appliances not exceeding 480 V, intended to be installed in water tanks connected to the atmosphere and used to heat water to temperatures below the boiling point for household and similar purposes.
