GB/T 6109.6-2008 Enamelled round winding wire—Part 6:Polyimide enamelled round copper wire,class 220
Abstract
This part of GB/T 6109 specifies the requirements for single-layer lacquered copper wires based on polyimide resin for Class 220. Class 220 indicates the thermal class, which requires a minimum temperature index of 220 and a thermal shock temperature of at least 240°C. The Celsius temperature corresponding to the temperature index is not the recommended operating temperature for lacquered wires, as it depends on many factors, including the type of equipment used. The nominal diameter range of conductors specified in this part is: — Class 1: 0.020 mm and above, 2.000 mm and below; — Class 2: 0.020 mm and above, 5.000 mm and below. The nominal diameter of conductors shall be in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 4 of GB/T 6109.1—2008.
