Abstract
This document establishes the general principles and procedures for the restoration of degraded forests, and stipulates requirements for identifying degraded forests, classifying their degradation levels, selecting restoration measures, preparing operational design documents, conducting restoration operations, evaluating quality, and managing archives.
This document applies to the restoration of degraded commercial forests and protective forests. Other types of forests may refer to this document for implementation.
