This part of GB/T 25000 provides requirements and recommendations for organizations responsible for implementing and managing system and software product quality requirements specifications and evaluation activities by providing technologies, tools, experience, and management skills. The role of the evaluation team includes motivating and training employees to carry out requirements specifications and evaluation activities, preparing appropriate documentation, confirming or developing the required methods, and responding to inquiries about relevant technologies. Technical management refers to the planning and management of system and software quality requirements specifications, evaluation processes, measurements, and tools. It includes the management of requirements specification and evaluation technical experience formation, acquisition, standardization, control, transfer, and feedback within the organization. This part is applicable to intended users who perform the following tasks: -- managing technologies used for requirements specification and evaluation execution; -- defining system and software product quality requirements; -- supporting system and software product quality evaluation; -- managing system and software development organizations; and matters related to quality assurance functions. Intended users also include managers involved in other related activities of systems or software.
