Abstract
This section specifies the detailed classification of marine fuels in Category F (petroleum fuels). This section should be understood in conjunction with GB/T 12692.1.
All marine fuels have many similarities, but they are used for different purposes. Many marine fuels, such as those based on crude oil residues, are difficult to clearly define their categories, but they can still be classified within the scope of this section.
