Abstract
This part specifies the dimensions, shapes, weights, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, and quality certificates of cold-rolled low-alloy high-strength steel plates and steel strips (hereinafter referred to as steel plates and steel strips).
This part is applicable to steel plates and steel strips with a thickness not exceeding 3.0mm, which are mainly used for making automotive structural parts and reinforcements.
