Abstract
This document specifies the basic requirements, applicable scope (temperature and pressure), and allowable stresses for materials used in pressure-bearing components and load-bearing structures of shell boilers, as well as the selection requirements for welding materials. This document applies to the selection and use of materials for pressure-bearing components, load-bearing structures, and welding materials of shell boilers as defined in GB/T 16508.1.
