GB/T 32723-2016 Determination of soil microbial biomass—Substrate-induced respiration method
Abstract
This standard specifies the principles, conditions, reagents and materials, instruments, procedures, result calculation, and reporting requirements for determining the biomass of soil microorganisms using the substrate-induced respiration method. This standard is applicable to the determination of the biomass of active aerobic heterotrophic microorganisms in well-ventilated agricultural soils and mineral soils. This standard is not applicable to the determination of the impact of chemicals on the biomass of soil microorganisms.
