Abstract
This standard specifies the test method for determining the full-section bending plastic deformation capability of circular cross-sectional metal pipes. This standard is applicable to metal pipes with an outer diameter not exceeding 65 mm. The outer diameter range of metal pipes applicable to this standard can be specified in more detail in the relevant product standards.
