GB/T 5173-2018 Surface active agents—Detergents—Determination of anionic-active matter content—Direct two-phase titration procedure
Abstract
This standard specifies a direct two-phase titration method for determining the content of anionic surfactants and anionic active ingredients in detergents. This standard is applicable to the analysis of alkylbenzenesulfonates, alkylsulfonates, alkylsulfates, alkyl hydroxysulfates, alkyl phenolsulfates, fatty alcohol methoxy and ethoxy sulfates, dialkyl succinate sulfonates, and sodium α-olefin sulfonates, as well as solid or liquid products of other anionic active ingredients containing one hydrophilic group per molecule. This standard is not applicable to products containing cationic surfactants. When expressing the analysis results as a mass fraction, the relative molecular mass of the anionic active ingredients is known or determined in advance.
