Abstract
This standard specifies the technical requirements, testing methods, inspection rules, and packaging, marking, transportation, storage, etc. for pure oxygen, high-purity oxygen, and ultra-pure oxygen. This standard applies to high-purity gaseous and liquid oxygen produced by air separation and water electrolysis, and is mainly used in the preparation of standard mixed gases, scientific research, the production of integrated circuits and semiconductor devices, and other fields with high requirements for oxygen purity.
