Abstract
This standard specifies the designations, dimensions, shapes, weights, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, and quality certificates of residual heat-treated steel bars for reinforced concrete.
This standard applies to steel bars for reinforced concrete that have undergone surface quenching and self-tempering treatment.
This standard does not apply to steel bars that are re-rolled from finished steel and scrap steel.
