GB/T 32939-2016 Service standard of cultural center
Abstract
This standard stipulates the general principles, service conditions, basic requirements, service safety, service evaluation, and continuous improvement of cultural center services. This standard applies to cultural centers at the county level and above. Youth palaces, children's palaces, workers' cultural palaces (clubs), women and children's activity centers, science and technology museums, and other mass cultural service institutions, as well as mass cultural activities organized by social forces, may refer to and implement this standard accordingly.
