Abstract
This standard specifies the principles, reagents and materials, instruments and equipment, operating procedures, and result presentation for the determination of ochratoxin A in food by high-performance liquid chromatography and fluorescence photometry.
This standard is applicable to the determination of ochratoxin A in wheat, corn, and rice.
The detection limits of the immunoaffinity column purification high-performance liquid chromatography and immunoaffinity column purification fluorescence photometry are both 1 μg/kg, and the detection limit of the ion exchange solid phase extraction column purification high-performance liquid chromatography is 0.8 μg/kg.
