This standard specifies the basic safety technical requirements for hazardous chemical operating enterprises.
This standard applies to the basic safety technical requirements for the location, construction, and safety facilities of hazardous chemical warehouses and hazardous chemical stores in hazardous chemical operating enterprises.
This standard does not apply to automobile fueling and gas stations, oil depots, hazardous chemical stores without physical display business premises, and hazardous chemical stores sold online.
