GB 5009.240-2016 National standard for food safety - Determination of fumonisin in food
Abstract
This standard specifies the determination methods for fumonisin B1, fumonisin B2, and fumonisin B3 (hereinafter abbreviated as FB1, FB2, and FB3) in corn and its products.
The first method of this standard is immunoaffinity column purification-post column derivation high-performance liquid chromatography. The second method is high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. The third method is immunoaffinity column purification-pre-column derivation high-performance liquid chromatography. It is applicable to the determination of fumonisin in corn and its products.
