GB/T 4162-2022 Method for ultrasonic testing of forged and rolled steel bars
Abstract
This document specifies the general requirements, instruments and equipment, comparison test pieces, inspection procedures, inspection results evaluation, quality grades, inspection records, and inspection reports for ultrasonic testing of forged and rolled steel bars (hereinafter referred to as "steel bars"). This document is applicable to the ultrasonic pulse reflection method testing of steel bars with a diameter of not less than 6 mm. Other specifications or materials of forged and rolled steel bars or non-bar materials can be used for reference. This document is not applicable to the inspection of austenitic coarse-grained steel bars.
