GB/T 8118-2010 The general specification for arc welding machines
Abstract
This standard specifies the general technical requirements, inspection methods, and acceptance rules for arc welding machines.
This standard applies to arc welding machines designed for industrial and professional use, powered by voltages specified in Table 1 of GB/T 156 or driven by mechanical equipment (hereinafter referred to as welding machines).
This standard does not apply to manual arc welding power supplies with limited loads intended for use by non-professionals.
When special requirements exist for various types of welding machines, they can be supplemented on the basis of this standard.
