Abstract
This standard specifies the cross-sectional dimensions, effective length, and maximum deviations of automotive V-belts (hereinafter referred to as V-belts), as well as their exposed height, center distance variation, measurement methods for dimensions, and pulley dimensions. This standard applies to V-belts and their pulleys used in auxiliary mechanical drive systems of automotive internal combustion engines.
