GB 14934-2016 Food Safety National Standard Sanitation of Dishware (Drinking) Tools
Abstract
This standard specifies the hygiene requirements for disinfected tableware (drinking utensils).
This standard applies to catering service providers, collective meal distribution units, and centralized tableware (drinking utensils) cleaning and disinfection service units. It also applies to other disinfected food containers and food production and operation tools and equipment. Tableware (drinking utensils) used directly without washing can be implemented in accordance with this standard.
