Abstract
This standard specifies the methods for determining the amount of barium in barium getter carriers and barium evaporation membranes, the test methods for the mercury content in mercury release getters, the test methods for the nitrogen content in nitrogen-doped getter carriers, and the detection methods for the nickel content in evaporation getters.
This standard is applicable to getters used in vacuum devices.
