This standard specifies the types, main technical parameters, and technical requirements of urban logistics distribution vehicles.
This standard applies to urban logistics distribution vehicles (including those used for express delivery) with a maximum permissible gross mass of 1,500 kg or more, but it does not apply to urban dangerous goods transport vehicles.
