The present part of DB31/T 329 stipulates the design and construction, evaluation, inspection, acceptance, and operation and maintenance requirements of the safety technical prevention system for gun and ammunition production, distribution, storage, and shooting venues in Shanghai City.
This part applies to the safety technical prevention systems of gun and ammunition production, distribution, storage, and shooting venues within the administrative area of Shanghai City, in accordance with laws and regulations such as the "Gun Control Law of the People's Republic of China".
The modification and expansion of existing gun and ammunition production, distribution, storage, and shooting venues with safety technical prevention systems should be carried out in accordance with this part.
The safety technical prevention systems of units engaged in scientific research, exhibitions, and prop guns, as well as units responsible for the temporary storage and custody of guns (ammunition), should be implemented in accordance with this part.
This part does not apply to the safety prevention of gun and ammunition production, distribution, storage, and shooting venues equipped by the People's Liberation Army of China, the Chinese People's Armed Police Force, and militia units.
