Abstract
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, storage conditions, acceptance inspection upon entry into storage, stacking, maintenance techniques, safe operation, withdrawal from storage, and emergency response requirements for the storage and maintenance of flammable and explosive goods.
This standard applies to the storage and maintenance of goods defined in Sections 3.1 and 3.2.
