This part of GB 1094 is a supporting document providing manufacturers and users with guidance on how to use the measurement techniques described in GB/T 1094.10. It explains the noise sources and characteristics of transformers and reactors; provides practical guidance for conducting measurements; and discusses various factors that may affect the accuracy of measurement methods. When formulating the technical specifications for transformers or reactors, this part also clarifies the factors that should be determined through consultation between suppliers and buyers, and points out the reasons for differences between factory measurement values and on-site measurement values. This part applies to transformers and reactors, along with their associated cooling equipment.
