Abstract
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification and marking, general requirements, specifications, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of glass wool products used for building insulation. This standard applies to glass wool products used for building insulation, but does not apply to glass wool products used for building equipment (such as piping equipment and heating equipment), nor to glass wool products used for industrial equipment and pipelines.
