Abstract
This standard specifies the determination method of Xianqingmycin in food.
The first method of this standard is isotope dilution-liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry, which is suitable for the determination of Xianqingmycin content in fruits and their products, fruit and vegetable juices, and alcoholic beverages made from apples and hawthorns.
The second method of this standard is high-performance liquid chromatography, which is suitable for the determination of Xianqingmycin content in fruits made from apples and their fruit and vegetable juices and alcoholic beverages.
