GB 5009.209-2016 The National Standard for Food Safety: Determination of Zearalenone in Foods
Abstract
This standard specifies the method for the determination of zearalenone in food.
The first method of this standard is applicable to the determination of zearalenone in grains and grain products, alcoholic beverages, soy sauce, vinegar, sauces and sauce products, soybeans, rapeseeds, and edible vegetable oils. The second method is applicable to the determination of zearalenone in soybeans, rapeseeds, and edible vegetable oils. The third method is applicable to the determination of zearalenone in beef, pork, beef liver, milk, and eggs.
