Abstract
This standard specifies the method for determining the content of gluconic acid-δ-lactone in food.
The first method of this standard is applicable to the determination of gluconic acid-δ-lactone in meat and meat products, soy products, and beverages. The second method is applicable to the determination of the content of gluconic acid-δ-lactone in food.
