Abstract
This regulation applies to the inspection of separate or integrated three-phase active and reactive energy meters consisting of induction energy meters, pulse energy meters, and crystal-controlled time switches with a rated frequency of 50 Hz (60 Hz) that are newly produced, repaired, or in use.
