Abstract
This standard specifies the methods for determining the content of niacin and nicotinamide in food.
The first method of this standard is the microbiological method, which is suitable for determining the total content of niacin and nicotinamide in all kinds of foods, including fortified foods based on natural foods; the second method is the high-performance liquid chromatography method, which is suitable for determining the content of niacin and nicotinamide in fortified foods.
