GA/T 70-2004 Compiling method of budget for security & protection engineering expense
Abstract
This standard specifies the composition and calculation method of the costs of security protection projects, and serves as the basis for preparing preliminary estimates, budgets, and final accounts of security protection projects. It is also the foundation for calculating the base bid price in project bidding and tendering.
This standard applies to new construction, expansion, and renovation (including technical transformation projects) of security protection projects, and is suitable for units engaged in the construction, design, consulting, construction, supervision, and auditing of security protection projects.
