Abstract
This standard specifies the scope of emergency situations, key elements of emergency situations, and the dispatching procedures for 119 emergency calls.
This standard is applicable to the 119 emergency call dispatching work of public security fire brigades, sub-brigades, and large (medium) brigades. Full-time fire brigades, volunteer fire brigades, and other professional rescue teams may refer to and implement it as appropriate.
