GB/T 3098.9-2010 Mechanical properties of fasteners—Prevailing torque type steel nuts
Abstract
This part of GB/T 3098 specifies the mechanical and working performance of effective torque type steel locking nuts when tested under an ambient temperature of 10℃ to 35℃. It includes single-item tests to determine the effective torque performance (working performance) and/or torque clamping force performance.
This part applies to effective torque type all-metal locking nuts and non-metallic insert locking nuts that meet the following requirements:
—— Comply with the ordinary thread specified in GB/T 192;
—— Comply with the diameter and pitch combination specified in GB/T 193;
—— Thread sizes M3 to M39, with mechanical performance meeting the requirements of GB/T 3098.2;
—— Thread sizes M8×1 to M39×3, with mechanical performance meeting the requirements of GB/T 3098.4;
—— The working temperature range of effective torque type all-metal locking nuts is -50℃ to +150℃;
