GB/T 3884.2-2025 Methods for chemical analysis of copper concentrates—Part 2:Determination of gold and silver contents—Flame atomic absorption spectrmetric method and fire assay method
Abstract
This document describes the methods of determining the gold and silver contents in copper concentrates and copper slag concentrates by flame atomic absorption spectrometry and fire assay.
Methods 1 and 2 of this document are suitable for determining the gold and silver contents in copper concentrates and copper slag concentrates. Method 1 has a determination range for silver of 10.0 g/t to 500.0 g/t, and Method 2 has a determination range for gold of 0.50 g/t to 56.00 g/t, and for silver of 50.0 g/t to 2,500.0 g/t; Method 3 is suitable for determining the gold and silver contents in copper sulfide concentrates with a copper content of 15% to 60%, with a determination range for gold of 0.50 g/t to 300.00 g/t, and for silver of 25.0 g/t to 1,500.0 g/t.
