Abstract
This standard specifies the calibration of standard force measuring instruments used in static tests on single-axis testing machines (such as tensile/pressure testing machines), and provides a grading method for standard force measuring instruments.
This standard applies to standard force measuring instruments that are used to determine the force applied by measuring the elastic deformation of elastic bodies or quantities proportional to it.
