JJG 34-2022 Dial Gauges
Abstract
This procedure applies to pointer-type indicators with a graduation value of 0.001 mm and a measurement range upper limit of no more than 5 mm; pointer-type indicators with a graduation value of 0.002 mm and a measurement range upper limit of no more than 10 mm; digital-display indicators with a resolution of 0.001 mm and a measurement range upper limit of no more than 30 mm; digital-display indicators with a resolution of 0.005 mm and a measurement range upper limit of no more than 50 mm; and pointer-type and digital-display indicators with a graduation/resolution value of 0.1 mm and 0.01 mm and a measurement range upper limit of no more than 100 mm for initial verification, subsequent verification, and in-use inspection.
