GB/T 16264.7-2008 Information technology—Open Systems Interconnection—The Directory—Part 7:Selected object classes
Abstract
This part of GB/T 16264 specifies several object classes and name formats that are extremely useful in directory applications. The definition of object classes includes: providing a list of attribute types associated with the objects of that class. The definition of name formats includes: naming the object classes used in the application and listing the attributes used to name the objects of that class. Public management agencies use these definitions and are responsible for the management of directory information. Any public management agency can define its own object classes or subclasses and name formats as needed.
